Product Description The TeSys LADN22 is a front-mounting instantaneous auxiliary contact block. When the main machine it is attached to turns ON or OFF, the internal mechanism of this block moves simultaneously, opening or closing its control circuits. Key Features 4-Pole Configuration (2 NO + 2 NC): Features two Normally Open (NO) and two Normally Closed (NC) contact paths. This allows you to send up to four separate electrical signals (e.g., turning on a green “running” light, turning off a red “stopped” light, and sending a status update to a computer controller). Front-Mounting Design: Clips directly onto the front face of a compatible host device with a simple plug-and-snap motion—no tools or screws required for mounting. 10A Control Rating: Designed strictly for low-current control logic circuits (up to 10 Amps), rather than driving heavy motors directly. High Reliability: Features a slip-contact design that helps wipe away dust and debris mechanically every time it cycles, ensuring a clean electrical connection. Compatible Mechanisms and Components Because the LADN22 is an add-on accessory, it must be physically mounted onto a primary master mechanism. It is natively compatible with: 1. Host Power Mechanisms (Physical Mounting) This block is designed specifically to mount onto the front face of: TeSys D Contactors: Compatible with standard three-phase industrial contactors ranging from model LC1D09 up to LC1D150 (9A to 150A models). TeSys Deca Contactors: Fits seamlessly across the updated TeSys Deca series frame sizes. TeSys D Control Relays: Clips onto industrial control relays (such as the CAD32 or CAD50 series) to expand their signaling paths. 2. Connected Control Systems Once snapped onto a host contactor, the 2NO + 2NC terminal screws are wired to control: PLC Input Modules: Sends a safe, physical feedback loop to a Programmable Logic Controller to let the program know a heavy motor has successfully started. Control Panel Indicators: Powers 110V/230V indicator pilot lights, fault buzzers, or cooling fans. Electrical Safety Interlocks: Connected in series with adjacent contactors to prevent two conflicting high-power mechanisms (like a “Forward” motor runner and a “Reverse” motor runner) from turning on at the same time and causing a short circuit.
