Product Description: Anly AFR-1 Floatless Level Relay The Anly AFR-1 is an 8-pin plug-in liquid level controller designed for automatic water supply or drainage control systems. Operating on a 220V AC power supply, this relay uses the low-voltage electrical conductivity of liquids to sense level thresholds. Instead of moving mechanical floats that can get stuck with debris, it relies on three stationary electrode probes (E 1 ​ ,E 2 ​ ,E 3 ​ ) suspended in the liquid. When the liquid touches or leaves the probes, a minor control current triggers the high-capacity internal SPDT relay (250VAC / 5A) to start or stop pumping mechanisms. Electrode Probes & Holders (Mandatory Sensing Inputs) Compatible Mechanisms: Stainless steel electrode rods, underwater cable probes, and electrode holders (such as the Anly PS-3S or Omron BS-1 series). Application: Three probes must be wired into the relay base: E 1 ​ (High Level), E 2 ​ (Low Level), and E 3 ​ (Ground/Reference). The relay is fully compatible with any non-hazardous conductive liquid, such as tap water, sewage, well water, and liquid industrial waste. 2. Standard 8-Pin Round Bases Compatible Mechanisms: PF083A or US-08 8-pin round relay sockets. Application: The AFR-1 features a plug-in pin configuration. It requires this base to be screwed onto a 35mm DIN rail so that field wiring from the probes and power lines can connect to it securely. 3. Water Supply & Drainage Pumps (Via AC Contactors) Compatible Mechanisms: Deep-well submersible pumps, booster pumps, sump pumps, and sewage disposal pumps. Application: The internal contact rating of the AFR-1 is 5 Amps. For any commercial or industrial water pump motor, the AFR-1’s output terminals must be wired to trigger the coil of an external AC Contactor (like a Schneider LC1D or Siemens 3RT), which safely opens and closes the main power lines to the pump mechanism. 4. Solenoid Valve Control Mechanisms Compatible Mechanisms: 220V AC electric solenoid valves and motorized ball valves.
